Most weeks, our craftsmen handle 3–5 jobs per day within a defined service area, usually no more than a 30-minute drive from their home office. Each evening, you’ll receive the next day’s schedule complete with addresses, customer contact details, job scope, and any photos the customer has provided, so there’s no last-minute mystery dispatching. The work itself varies from day to day: you might start the morning with a drywall patch, install a TV mount around midday, and spend the afternoon painting an interior room. Other days may be focused entirely on one larger project, such as a bathroom refresh or fence repair, from start to finish.

Your responsibility is straightforward: complete the customer walkthrough, perform quality craftsmanship, clean up the workspace, and finish with a warranty-backed sign-off. We do not expect you to upsell services or push add-ons. If a customer mentions another project, you simply pass the information to the office and we handle the estimate. Your focus stays on the craft itself.

Meanwhile, the office team takes care of scheduling, customer service, invoicing, material ordering, and all the operational tasks that normally pull tradespeople away from the work they actually enjoy. You get to focus on the trade you built your career around.
