Kamran founded Home Ready Group after more than a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling across Utah. He started in the trades framing walls and hanging drywall, then moved into project management, estimating, and business operations. That progression gave him a clear view of what works on a job site and what falls apart when communication or accountability breaks down.
The company grew out of a straightforward idea: homeowners in Salt Lake City and surrounding communities deserve a general contractor who answers the phone, shows up on the scheduled day, and follows through until the punch list is complete. Kamran built the business around those basics because he saw too many crews that operated without them.
Home Ready Group employs W-2 employees rather than rotating subcontractors for our core services. This distinction matters because it gives us direct control over training, scheduling, quality standards, and on-site conduct. Our workers carry company identification badges and arrive in marked vehicles. They follow internal safety protocols, pass background checks, and participate in ongoing skills training.
We do bring in licensed trade partners for specialized work that requires separate credentials, including electrical and plumbing. Those partners meet the same accountability standards we apply internally, and our project managers oversee their work just as closely.
